I have a lot of media content to sift through stemming from my recent zombie-patrol of the 2nd largest canyon in North America – PaloDuro, which is  just outside Amarillo, Texas.   OK so it was really a Jeep Jamboree, but believe me I wasn’t just there to test the off-road limits of the ZombieWRANGLER.  I was searching for signs that the zombie apocalypse might spontaneously pop-up in this hot, isolated, and desolate place.

Wow I got a lot of media, I’ll probably be working on these posts for a while.  But, for now, since WordPress won’t let you host video content I’m announcing my new, very own NEW YOUTUBE CHANNEL where I just finished uploading the dashcam video of my brake-testing descent down the cliffside, a 9 minute journey where any wrong move could have ended in a free fall as much as 800 feet to the canyon floor –

TOONCES! Look Out !

I’ll also get in a few of the better photos I’ve already downloaded, cropped and reduced to fit within my content limits.

Panoramic of the canyon from the bottom.  Our group was about 20 Jeeps, all great people who tackled some rough terrain and obstacles that would have left most vehicle suited for the junk heap.

Here is another view from the Canyon rim as we started the descent over 1/4 mile down into the Earth.

I’ll get more posted as time permits and a quick hello and thanks to all the great folk who I met at the JeepJamboree, great to meet you all and share stories, ideas, and opinions.  I’ll probably get them onto FaceBook faster than here, so check there for more updates – https://www.facebook.com/thezombiewrangler

I’ll also share the happy ending, and conclusion I reached after this extensive search of the Canyon, it’s a bit of a spoiler for the whole story, but I wanted be sure word got out to avoid panic – THERE ARE NO ZOMBIES IN PALO DURO CANYON.
